These Terms of Service govern access to https://gy6.info, related GY6 digital resources, and online donation pathways. By accessing or using these resources, you agree to these terms.

Mission and Resources

GY6 provides stigma-free wellness resources for first responders and supports the development of digital tools, video resources, partnerships, and donor-funded programs.

No Emergency, Medical, or Professional Advice

GY6 resources are informational and supportive. They are not a substitute for emergency care, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or professional counseling. For an emergency, call 911. For suicide or crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.

Donations

Online donations are processed through https://app.autobooks.co/pay/the-gy6-initiative. Donation processing, payment security, refunds, and transaction handling may be governed by the payment provider's terms and policies.

Donation refund requests may be sent to info@gy6.info. Refund availability may depend on processor rules, settlement timing, legal requirements, accounting requirements, and whether funds have already been committed to program use.

If recurring donations are available through a payment provider, donors are responsible for managing or canceling those authorizations through the provider or by contacting GY6.

GY6 Initiative, Inc. states that it is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity. Tax treatment depends on each donor's circumstances. Donors should consult their own tax advisor for tax questions.

Acceptable Use

Do not interfere with security, performance, or access for other users.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure.
Do not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, or redistribute GY6 content except as allowed by GY6 in writing or by applicable law.
Do not use GY6 resources for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or infringing activity.

Ownership

GY6 content, names, logos, graphics, videos, text, layouts, and other materials are owned by GY6 or its licensors unless otherwise stated. GY6 reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Third-Party Links and Services

GY6 may link to donation processors, media providers, crisis resources, partner resources, or other third-party services. GY6 is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

Availability and Changes

GY6 may update, suspend, remove, or change resources at any time. GY6 may also update these Terms of Service as operations, services, or legal requirements change.

Disclaimers and Limitations

GY6 resources are provided as available and without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. GY6 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific outcomes, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GY6 and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of GY6 resources.
